This recipe uses Pizza Dough
1 portion of Pizza Dough is roughly 60 dough balls
Method
Cooking

Take your dough out, and split it into little balls, at most around 3cm in diameter. Try to knead them the same way the dough was kneaded. The more uniform and smooth your dough ball is, the better it will look baked.

Put the dough balls on a tray lined with parchment paper. Optionally, you can also brush the balls with marinara sauce or stuff them with cheese (very little cheese at a time).

Put in the oven set to 235°C for 10 mins. Cool for ~5 mins before serving.
Serving
Serve in bowls, with Garlic Butter, Pesto Genovese, Pesto Rosso, or any other dip you fancy.
