- 3 cups of milk
- 1.5 cups of water
- 500g pasta (macaroni)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 150g mozzarella
- 100g cheddar
- 10g parmesan

Cooking

Combine milk + water in a medium saucepan (can be a tall-walled pan) on no heat and start heating up to medium.

After ~1.5 minutes add pasta into the milk + water mixture and stir. Cook for ~1 minute less/no more than advertised by the manufacturer.

Add 1 tsp of dijon mustard, sprinkle ground paprika, and add the half of the cheeses. Mix on low heat and add 2 generous sprinkles of both salt and pepper.

Once the cheese has completely melted, add the rest of the cheeses and mix until thorough.
Serving
After resting and slightly stirring for ~3 minutes server.
