  • 200ml cream 18%
  • ~100-150ml mayonnaise
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic (or, to taste)

Preparation

  • peel and mince garlic

Cooking

  1. In a bowl, mix cream and myonnaise until smooth.

  2. Add garlic, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optionally oregano.

Serving

Serve in small bowls for dipping
