Preparation

  • peel and mince garlic
  • allow butter to soften in room temperature

Cooking

  1. Mix butter and garlic with a sprinkle of salt and pepper with a fork in a small bowl. If you are preparing this butter for cooking, not serving, add a sprinkle of oregano and basil

Serving

Serve in small bowls for dipping or use in cooking
