- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- ~6/8 thin bacon strips
- 1 egg

Method
Preparations
- unroll the sheet of pastry and cut in half, lengthwise
- beat the egg
- preheat the oven to 200°C
- line a baking sheet with baking paper
Cooking

Place the bacon strips on on the halves of pastry, and place the other half on top.

Slice into strips of ~1cm wide and twist 2 or 3 times before transfering to the sheet.

Brush the twists with the beaten egg and sprinkle oregano on top.

Bake in the oven for ~15m, and let cool for a few minutes.
Serving
Don't worry about temperature when serving, even colder are great.
